FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a storing and dispensing apparatus showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The broken line showing of cans in FIGS. 3 and 4 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The bottom is plain and unornamented.
