FIG. 4 is an enlarged left side view thereof, the right side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a combined back cushion and cover therefor; and,
FIG. 8 is an enlarged top plan view of FIG. 7, the bottom being substantially a mirror image of that shown.
The broken line showing of a chair in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
The side opposite that shown in FIG. 7 is a mirror image of that shown and the rear of the combined back cushion and cover therefor is flat and unornamented.
