FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the undisclosed opposite sides being identical;
FIG. 3 is a front elevational view with the shaft shown in an extended position for clarity of illustration;
FIG. 4 is a top plan view of FIG. 2; and,
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2.
