FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined container and cap for salad dressing embodying my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation, the rear elevation is the same;

FIG. 3 is a side elevation, the opposite side elevation is the same;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof.
