FIG. 2 is a side view;
FIG. 3 is an end view enlarged relative to FIG. 2;
FIG. 4 is a end view opposite that shown in FIG. 3; and,
FIG. 5 is a side view of a second embodiment of an electric permanent applicator pen showing my new design, with end elevational views being identical to that shown in the FIGS. 3 and 4.
The broken line showing of the pen tip of FIGS. 1, 2, and 5 is for purposes of illustration only and forms no part of the claimed design.
