FIGS. 11-15 are top plan views thereof;

FIGS. 16-20 are bottom plan views thereof;

FIGS. 21-25 are right side elevational views thereof; and,

FIG. 26 is a cross sectional view taken along line 26--26 of FIG. 15, the sectional configurations of all embodiments being the same as the exemplary view shown, except for the variations in overall length.
