FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a shoulder support for a carrying rod showing our new design with the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof with the rear view being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 shows a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
