FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, being turned approximately 45 degrees from FIG. 1, the opposite side being identical;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view of FIG. 5, being turned approximately 45 degrees from FIG. 5, the opposite side being identical.

The top and bottom plan views of FIG. 5 are identical to that of FIG. 3.
