FIG. 1 is a plan view of a new and ornamental design for a fastener for necklace or bracelet according to the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation of the fastener viewed from the left side;

FIG. 3 is a side elevation of the fastener viewed from the right side;

FIG. 4 is an end view looking downwardly in FIG. 1 with the link portion removed for clarity; and,

FIG. 5 is an end view looking upwardly in FIG. 1 with the link and ring portion removed for clarity.
