FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 9;

FIG. 12 is a top plan view of FIG. 9; and,

FIG. 13 is a perspective view of FIG. 9 shown in an open position.

The bottom, left and right views of the second embodiment (FIG. 9) are same as that of the first embodiment as shown in FIGS. 5, 6 and 7 inclusive.
