FIG. 7 is a top plan view of an alternate embodiment of the larger upper portion of that shown in FIG. 6;

FIG. 9 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view being identical thereto.

The bottom of FIGS. 7 and 8 is plain and unornamented and the front and rear views are identical to that shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
