FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The crosshatch shading shown in all views is understood to repeat through the indicated area. The broken lines in FIGS. 2, 3 and 6 are understood to represent conventional stitching.
