The broken lines showing of a clip and velcro attachment means for securing the clip to the dress tie is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The series of dots shown along the top of FIGS. 1 and 2 and through the center of FIGS. 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are indicative of stitching.
