FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of an identification tag for metallic implantable bone fracture reduction and fixation devices showing my new design, the broken line showing of an implantable bone fracture plate attached to the tag is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design, the rear elevation view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevation view of the identification tag of FIG. 1, the left side elevation view being a mirror image thereof, wherein the only difference resides in the curvature and slant on the top portion;

FIG. 3 is a top edge view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom edge view thereof.
