FIG. 1 is a top, front and left side perspective view of an adjustable spacer-gripper showing my new design and shown in use mounted to two bicycle frames shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom view being a mirror image of the top plan view shown;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear view being a mirror image of the front elevational view shown; and,

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image of the left side shown.
