FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a window shade with border embodying my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view of a window shade with border showing a floral motif applied to the border. The broken line showing of the floral motif is for environmental purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

The horizontal broken line shown in FIGS. 1 and 7 represents stitching.
