FIG. 10 is a side view of the writing instrument with the cap removed;

FIG. 11 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 13 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 14 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 15 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 16 is a top plan view thereof.

The characteristic feature of the design resides in the particularly configured clip member in in combination with the writing instrument body shown, as best illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 9.
