FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the heart valve rotator, showing my new design, it being understood that the broken line showing of a heart valve is for purpoes of illustration only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the heart valve rotator of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view of the heart valve rotator of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is side elevational view, with the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
