FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the other side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an end elevational view of the holder as seen from the left of FIG. 4; and,

FIG. 7 is an end elevational view of the holder as seen from the right of FIG. 4.
