FIG. 1 is a top view of an adaptive fork for the physically impaired showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side view, the opposite side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is an end view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a front view thereof.

The broken line showing of fork tines in FIGS. 1-3 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
