FIG. 1 is a front, top and side perspective view of an illuminable indicator for bicycle wheels embodying the design of the present invention, with the broken line showing for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image of the side shown in FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image of the side shown in FIG. 3.
