FIG. 5 is a side elevational view taken from the left side of FIG. 2, the elevational view from the opposite side of FIG. 2 being essentially a mirror image; and,

FIG. 6 is an end elevational view taken from the top end of FIG. 2.

The cord is shown broken away to indicate an indeterminate length.
