FIG. 1 is a reduced scale perspective view of a surgical needle counter and sharps collection box with removable closure tapes, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a reduced scale perspective view of a second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view of the embodiment of FIG. 4; and,

FIG. 6 is a reduced scale perspective view of a third embodiment thereof.
