FIG. 10 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 13 is a left side elevational view thereof.

The right side and rear views are identical to that shown in FIGS. 8 and 4 respectively.
