FIG. 2 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof, the left side elevation view being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view taken on line 5--5 of FIG. 1 showing the lifting knob in the resting position; and,

FIG. 6 is a cross sectional view taken on line 6--6 of FIG. 1 showing the lifting knob extended.
