FIG. 6 is a perspective view of another embodiment of the combined bottle and cap design;
FIG. 7 is a front elevation of FIG. 6, the rear elevation is the same;
FIG. 8 is a side elevation of FIG. 6, the opposite side elevation is the same;
FIG. 9 is a top view of the combined bottle and cap design of FIG. 6; and,
