FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a placard bracket according to my design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view; the opposite side being a mirror image thereof, with the broken line showing of structure being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a back view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof.
