FIG. 2 is a side view thereof on a reduced scale, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 3 is a front view thereof on a reduced scale;

FIG. 4 is a rear view thereof on a reduced scale;

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof on a reduced scale; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof on a reduced scale.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1-6 represent stitching.
