FIG. 4 is a top plan view of FIG. 2;
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2;
FIG. 6 is a left side view of the end plate portion shown separately for clarity of illustration;
FIG. 7 is a right side view of FIG. 6;
FIG. 8 is a rear view of FIG. 6;
FIG. 9 is a top plan view of FIG. 6; and,
FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 6.
