FIG. 1 is a top, front, and left side perspective view of a protective cover for a padlock showing my new design, the broken-line disclosure of a padlock being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 2A is a top, rear, and right side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
