FIG. 1 is an environmental perspective view of a toothbrush handle showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view with the left side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken line showing of the hand in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design. The broken line showing of the bristles in FIGS. 1 and 3-5 is for illustrative purposes only, merely disclosing the types of bristles which can be used, and forms no part of the claimed design.
