FIG. 1 is a front left side elevational perspective view of a card holder made in accordance with the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a front view of the card holder of FIG. 1, the rear view being identical;

FIG. 3 is a left side view of the card holder of FIG. 1, the right side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view of the card holder of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the card holder of FIG. 1.
