FIG. 2 is an end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof with a bottom plan view being identical;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view with the opposite side elevational view being identical; and,

FIG. 5 is another end elevational view opposite that of FIG. 2.
