FIG. 2 is a drawing of a front, bottom and right side perspective view of the portable radio communication device showing our new design with its cover open the left side edge of the cover being a mirror image of the right side shown;

FIG. 3 is a drawing of a top view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a drawing of a left side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a drawing of a front view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a drawing of a right side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a drawing of a rear view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a drawing of a bottom view thereof.

The broken line matter in the drawings is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
