Description

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined metallic skull base surgical implant and bone flap fixation plate showing my new design, the broken line showing of an identification tag and handle is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof; the left side elevational view being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end elevational view being identical thereto.
