FIG. 3 is a top perspective view of a detachable pad portion of the combined pillow and detachable pad assembly unit shown separately for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 4 is a bottom perspective view of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a top perspective view of the combined pillow and detachable pad assembly unit; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom perspective view of FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of the pillow portion of the combined pillow and detachable pad assembly unit.

The pattern in the two rectangular areas in FIGS. 2 and 3 represents fastening means.
