The right side elevational view of the embodiment of FIG. 8 is substantially similar to the right side elevational view shown in FIG. 2. The left side elevational view of the embodiment of FIG. 8 is substantially similar to the left side elevational view shown in FIG. 3. The rear elevational view of the embodiment of FIG. 8 is substantially to the rear elevational view shown in FIG. 7.

The fragmented mesh-like pattern shown on the surfaces is understood to be continuous throughout.

The broken lines shown in FIG. 3 represent stitching.
