FIG. 1 is a right side elevation view of a one-piece seat stay showing my new design, it being understood that the portion of the bicycle shown in broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the seat stay;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the seat stay;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view of the seat stay, the left side being identical to the right side view;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof.
