FIG. 5 is an enlarged right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 6 is a top, front, and right side perspective view thereof, shown in a fully closed position;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged top plan view thereof, shown a fully closed position;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged front elevational view thereof, shown in a fully closed position;

FIG. 9 is an enlarged rear elevational view thereof, shown in a fully closed position; and,

FIG. 10 is an enlarged right side elevational view thereof, shown in a fully closed position, the left side being a mirror image of that shown.
