FIG. 1 is a bottom perspective view of the tote-towel/beach bag;

FIG. 2 is a right end view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, which is a mirror image of the left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left end view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a perspective view on a reduced scale of the tote-towel/beach bag fitted over the hand-rest of a beach chair.

The broken line showing of environmental structure in FIG. 7 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design. The dotted lines in FIGS. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 represent stitching.
