FIG. 7 is a cross sectional view thereof, the same being taken substantially along line 7--7 of FIG. 5.

The left side elevational view is a mirror image of the right side elevational view shown in FIG. 4 and the view in the direction opposite line 7--7 is the mirror image of the view shown in FIG. 7.
