FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, shown cut away in an open and flat position;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment shown cut away in an open and flat position. The rear view of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4 is identical to the rear view of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of a third embodiment shown cut away in an open and flat position. The rear view of the third embodiment shown in FIG. 5 is identical to the rear view of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of a fourth embodiment shown cut away in an open and flat position; The rear view of the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 6 is identical to the rear view of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 7 is front elevational view of a fifth embodiment, shown cut away in an open and flat position. The rear view of the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 7 is identical to the rear view of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2.
