FIG. 3 is a fragmentary cross-sectional view taken on the line 3--3 of FIG. 2 illustrating the stamp portion of my design being offset from the envelope;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of FIG. 1, the broken lines indicating an envelope are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged plan view thereof, the broken line indicia is shown for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design; and,

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view thereof, taken along line 6--6 of FIG. 5.
