FIG. 1 is an end, top, side, perspective view of a hanger for plans;

FIG. 2 is an opposite side view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged, top, side perspective view of the handle of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is an opposite side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is an opposite end view thereof.

The handle is shown detached for clarity of illustration.

The novelty of the design resides in the features of shape and configuration of the article, as shown in representations.
