FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of a thermal insulating sleeve for drink cups showing my new design, the remaining sides being identical;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional plan view thereof as taken along line 4--4 in FIG. 1.

The broken line showing of the drink cup in the figures is for illustrative environmental purposes only and forms no part of our claimed design.
