FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a diaper fastening tab, showing my new design, the bottom plan view being identical thereto;

FIG. 2 is a right end elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view being indentical thereto.

The borken line showing in FIGS. 1 and 3 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
