FIG. 1 is a right rear perspective view of a combined towing boom and stabilizer for waterborne boat, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevation;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevation;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevation;

FIG. 7 is a front elevation;

FIG. 8 is a right side elevation with the winch hook extended for engagement with the towed boat; and,

FIG. 9 is a left rear perspective view.

The broken lines in FIGS. 8 and 9 merely illustrate the environment and form no part of the claimed design.
