FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a table lamp base showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front side elevational view of the table lamp base, the rear elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view of the table lamp base, the left side elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the table lamp base; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
