FIG. 2 is a rear elevation thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevation thereof, the left side elevation is a mirror image thereto;

FIG. 5 is a top, rear and left side perspective view;

FIG. 6 is a top, front and right side perspective view;

FIG. 7 is a top, front and right side perspective view of a second embodiment of the combined container and cap;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of FIG. 7;

FIG. 9 is a rear elevation of FIG. 7; and,

FIG. 10 is a right side elevation of FIG. 7, the left side elevation is a mirror image thereto.
