FIG. 1 is a top and front perspective view of a combined bottle and cap showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevation thereof, the side elevations are the same except for the portions of the pull tab on the front of the cap that would be visible from the sides;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top and front perspective view of a second embodiment of the combined bottle and cap;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevation of FIG. 5, the side elevations are the same except for the portions of the pull tab on the front of the cap that would be visible from the sides;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view of FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 5.
